Entity notice: Junagal is operated by an individual trading under the Junagal brand, based in London, United Kingdom. References to “Junagal,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to this individual operator. A formal legal entity registration is in progress.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at contact@junagal.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Junagal operator regarding your use of the Site. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
