- Hugging Face — used server-side to generate AI background images for article cover graphics. No user data is transmitted to Hugging Face when you visit the Site.
- Google Gemini (Generative AI) — used server-side to assist with content generation. No user personal data is transmitted.

- Contact form data: Retained for up to 24 months after submission, then deleted.
- Service delivery data: Retained for up to 6 years in accordance with UK tax and accounting obligations.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics data retained for 14 months by default.
- Advertising data: Managed by Google per their data retention policies.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting via Google Firebase, and limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
