  • To respond to enquiries — processing and responding to contact form submissions and consultation requests.
  • To deliver services — fulfilling paid service requests such as the AI Opportunity Brief.

5.2 Other Third-Party Services

  • Formspree — processes contact form submissions. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google Firebase Hosting — hosts the Site. See Firebase Privacy & Security.
  • Google Fonts & Lucide Icons — loaded from third-party CDNs; these services may collect your IP address for delivery purposes.
  • Hugging Face — used server-side to generate AI background images for article cover graphics. No user data is transmitted to Hugging Face when you visit the Site.
  • Google Gemini (Generative AI) — used server-side to assist with content generation. No user personal data is transmitted.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Some content on this Site, including blog articles in the “Insights” section, is generated automatically using AI tools (Google Gemini). Articles are published on an automated daily schedule. While we apply quality checks, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and does not constitute professional advice of any kind. See our Terms of Service for full disclaimers.

7. Data Retention

  • Contact form data: Retained for up to 24 months after submission, then deleted.
  • Service delivery data: Retained for up to 6 years in accordance with UK tax and accounting obligations.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics data retained for 14 months by default.
  • Advertising data: Managed by Google per their data retention policies.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting via Google Firebase, and limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States (Google servers). Where required, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by relevant authorities.

10. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and equivalent laws, you may have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data.
  • Data portability — request a machine-readable copy of your data.
  • Object — object to our processing of your data.
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at contact@junagal.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
